The Referral Partner Program
Earn 1% of every funding — for a full year — on every law firm you introduce to PI Navigator. Earn 0.5% of every dollar funded, for a full year, to the medical providers you introduce.
1% of every dollar funded by any law firm you introduce to us — and 0.5% of every dollar the funder pays the medical practices you introduce.
The clock starts on that firm's first funded deal — not the day the firm signs up to work with us, and not the day you send the intro.
Every funding that firm does through us pays you, on the 15th of the following month. Not at settlement. Not “someday”.
You make an introduction. We do the work — the pitch, the onboarding, the funders, the paperwork.
Their clients need money before the case settles. We place the funding, negotiate the rate and the cap, and every lien the firm has — from any funder — ends up visible on one screen. Send them to pi-nav.com.
Doctors who treat personal injury patients on liens deliver the care up front and wait years to be paid out of a settlement. That is the receivable we fund. Send them to pi-compass.com — that is our medical receivables front door.
Practice types that qualify:
Chiropractors · Orthopedic · Pain Management · Physical Therapy · Imaging (MRI/CT/X-ray) · Surgical centers · Neurology · Neuropsychology · Spine · Psychiatrists / Therapists
Not sure? Send them anyway — we would rather look than have you skip one.
One percent of every dollar funded. Not one percent of the first deal — one percent of every funding that firm does through us, for a period of one year.
| If the law firm you referred funds a total of… | …you are paid |
|---|---|
| $50,000 | $500 |
| $100,000 | $1,000 |
| $250,000 | $2,500 |
| $500,000 | $5,000 |
| $750,000 | $7,500 |
| $1,000,000 | $10,000 |
A single small to mid-size personal injury firm can easily run through a quarter of a million dollars in client funding in one year. You are not paid on the deal you sourced. You are paid on the relationship you started.
Half a percent of every dollar the funder pays that practice for its invoices, for a full year.
| If the funder pays the provider… | …you are paid |
|---|---|
| $100,000 | $500 |
| $250,000 | $1,250 |
| $500,000 | $2,500 |
| $1,000,000 | $5,000 |
| $2,000,000 | $10,000 |
| $3,000,000 | $15,000 |
Amounts shown are what the funder pays the practice, not what the practice bills. The actual amounts that funders pay practices range from 25% to 35% of billed charges. Our fees on medical receivables funding are half what we earn on pre-settlement funding — so your share is half too. But the deals are far larger: a practice can put millions through in a year, which is why a single provider deal can out-earn several law firms.
You sign the referral agreement and a W-9, and you get your own login to the PI Navigator portal.
Talk to your friends and co-workers in the personal injury space about PI Navigator. Show them the pi-nav.com website. Tell them how good we are to work with.
Type the firm or practice name into your dashboard. The portal tells you instantly whether it is available or off limits. Then fill out a short form: name, website, your contact there, and anything you think we should know — how you know them, how to approach them, what to expect.
We reach out, we pitch, we onboard them. You do not have to sell anything, chase anything, or explain anything.
The moment they fund, your twelve months start. Every funding after that pays you, on the 15th of the following month.
Most referral programs ask you to trust a spreadsheet you are never allowed to see. This one gives you a login. Inside your dashboard, for every firm and practice you referred:

When you get paid
The 15th of each month, covering every funding we collected on in the prior month. If a funding is rescinded or reversed by the funder, that fee comes off the next payout.
If you work at a law firm or a medical practice, this is the first thing you thought. It is the right question, and here is the straight answer.
This is the program
You introduce us to someone at a firm or practice you do not work for. That firm starts funding through us. You get paid on their volume for twelve months.
This is not the program
We cannot pay you to route your own firm's client fundings to us. That represents a conflict of interest for us both.
If you were paid to steer your own firm's clients toward a particular funder, you would have a financial interest that conflicts with people you owe a duty to. Introducing us to a colleague at a different firm creates no such conflict — you owe nothing to their clients, and you are not touching their cases. That is the entire distinction, and it is why this program is built the way it is. The rules governing referral arrangements vary from state to state. We confirm your eligibility before you begin — you will never be guessing.
